My Neighbor is doing something that is bothering me.  What should I do first? 

If you have concerns about something on a neighbor’s property, we kindly encourage you to start by having a friendly conversation with them if it feels safe and appropriate.  A simple discussion can often lead to understanding, resolution, and a stronger sense of community.

I’ve tried talking to my neighbor, but the issue continues. What now?

If the problem involves a possible bylaw violation (e.g. noise, garbage, animal issues, property upkeep), you can report it to the City by submitting a service request.
