What is considered an “unsightly property”?

According to City of Winkler By-law No. 2191-17, a property may be considered unsightly if it contains:

• Accumulated garbage, junk, or debris
• Inoperable vehicles or unlicensed equipment
• Overgrown grass, weeds, or dead vegetation
• Discarded furniture, appliances, or construction materials
• Animal waste, rodent infestations, or strong odors
