PROGRAMS & RENTALS REFUND POLICY

 

*Full refund will be issued if a program is cancelled by Winkler Parks & Recreation.

  • All refunds subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
  • Requests for refunds must be accompanied by the Original Receipt and requested at least 2 business days prior to the start of the program/rental. 
  • Refunds requested after the start of the program will be considered only for compassionate or medical reasons (documented in writing  by the attending  physician) and will be considered on a proportionate ratio of fees paid to classes/days attended. 
  • Payments made by Credit Card will be reversed. 
  • Payments made by Cash, debit or cheque will be refunded by Cheque and will be mailed out from the City Administration Office with in four to six weeks.
